My talks typically involve me sharing my journey, where i turned my pain into power and used my voice to help others feel less alone. I have delivered talks for Parliament, European Parliament and NHS England. 
Peer Support Training and Supervision
Having been the founding director of the award winning peer support group Evolve for 8 years, growing the project from a local grassroots group in a church hall to a national digital success, i can offer bespoke training and supervision packages for peer support and lived experience staff.

Having been trained by Englands leading mental health charity, I have worked with local, national and international media, including TV, magazines/newspapers and radio, I creatively and confidently share my experiences to engage the audience, telling my story and providing consultancy on TV show and video game story lines, such as Emmerdale and Hellblade, Senau’s sacrifice.
